Activity of agroholding company “Khlibodar” began in 1991. Group of young and active entrepreneurs started to develop business by creating small enterprises. After 5 years it was obvious that agricultural enterprises were the most successful. They were joined in corporation “Solde”.

In 1997 corporation “Solde” together with corporation W.J.Export-Import founded joint venture. Cooperation with great international trading company gave the opportunity to implement the programme on creation own grain storage and processing enterprises and cereal plant. Nowadays processing capacity of grain reception centre offers the possibility to process about 100 thousand tons of grain in a year.

In 2003 company “Solde” was reorganized in group of companies “Khlibodar”. Holding company “Khlibodar” continued implementation of the strategic objective of increasing its influence in domestic and foreign grain markets. Certain cereal products of our company have the leading positions in Ukraine in volumes of production and sale. Aiming to improve the effectiveness of the company activity “Khlibodar” founded production enterprises connected in one processing chain. Thus, a pig farm complex was put into production with capacity of 3000 heads in 2009 in village Pokrivske, Kirovohrad region. Production of animal mixed feed with capacity of 35 tons in a year was founded to provide the pig farm with animal feed.

Maintaining and following its aims and programmes agro holding company “Khlibodar” works now.
